helpful staff great location available sunbeds unclean floor tired sunbeds lacking umbrellas
I stayed in a Studio with a Balcony or Terrace. I found plenty of sunbeds available near the pools (that was a relief!). The staff were lovely and very helpful too. The location was amazing and gave me easy access to the beach.
The floor in my room did not seem very clean. My socks were actually brown after a short time (I didn't even wear them outside!). The sunbeds are older, slightly tired. There was also a lack of umbrellas, and moving them around wasn't easy.

A Decent Stay Overall
spacious apartment reasonable prices strict policy missing information
The apartment was clean and spacious. It included everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurants on the hotel provided tasty food at reasonable prices. Staff in both locations were cute.
The lifeguard enforced a strict policy regarding floats in the pool. My children could not use their rings for safety. I found the lack of information upon arrival frustrating. Reception provided no details on local amenities.

a few issues
dirty floor old sunbeds
the location of the apartments is quite convenient, providing easy access to nearby shops.
The room i stayed in lacked cleanliness and the floor felt particularly dirty. my socks became noticeably brown after just a couple of days, suggesting insufficient cleaning. additionally, the sunbeds were old and showed signs of wear, and umbrellas were difficult to move around. This was a disappointing aspect.
